BlackBird Group Architects is a full-service architectural design firm accomplished in field of designing distinctive architectural environments and seeing them through all phases of development.  

Our diverse team has extensive experience in a full range of services and project types in the private and public sector, with a substantial list of successfully completed projects in a wide range of project types – ranging from custom single family estates, to commercial / retail, high hazard material processing facilities & laboratories, to large scale campus developments. The firm maintains a principal concentration in the residential multifamily and mixed-use project type, primarily focused on large scale redevelopment as well as urban infill development projects. In addition to new construction, we have broad experience in addition/renovation; rehabilitation; and evaluation of existing structures.

BlackBird Group Architects is a specialized, highly technical firm possessing the latest technology and software to bridge the gap between design and construction, including a full array of surveying equipment and inspection instrumentation. We have extensive experience in forensic investigation, and design of remediation, attributed to building failures in both the public and private markets.

Aside from design and construction documentation, BlackBird Group also provides full Owner’s Representative and Project Management Services as a stand-alone services or integrated process for seamless project execution.
